With some of our clients we may have an agreed retainer but do not disclose the sensitive or confidential nature of our discussions with others we may be working with the Executive tem, or again supporting potential or new Partners/Directors hone their skills.

Specific needs of the business are discussed and ground rules agreed at the start of any coaching with 3 & 6 monthly reviews.
