Rejuvenation Redundancy Support Programme
Rejuvenation Redundancy Support Programme

Overview

It is never easy when as a company you have to make people redundant. When it happens you want to be as supportive and caring as possible, accepting that the business needs to carry on as usual.

With Trafalgar you will be safe in the knowledge that your people are receiving the support that they need.

We are conscious that individuals require different levels of support both emotionally and skills based. Our personal support has these aspects in mind whether you are making one or a number of people redundant.   For executive, higher level support please refer to our other Redundancy Programme Option.

Our Approach

We appreciate that redundancy is a valid commercial decision based on market demands and corporate objectives.

We also appreciate that it creates uncertainty, fear and an unwillingness to face up to unwanted change. With this in mind we work with individuals, respecting their emotions and anxieties, by supporting them in obtaining new employment.

Our whole focus is on giving people the confidence, tools and skills necessary to make that career move, which means being flexible to individual needs.

We are also flexible towards you and your organisation, which means tailoring a support package to your needs and budget.

Our practical approach encourages individuals to use the tools immediately with support on hand when uncertainties set in.
